Baypointe
An urban infill multifamily development with a direct waterfront position on Stamford Harbor. The building sets a modern glass and metal facade between two historic factory facades, one stone and one brick. 109 luxury rental apartments and 3,000 square feet of amenity space, with 165 garage parking spaces and an under-building porte-cochere.
As Project Manager at Belpointe, I delivered the full construction program on a challenging infill waterfront site with Belpointe self-performing GC, carrying the project through lease-up.
Owner Impact
Historic facade preservation between new modern construction and waterfront permitting were the two defining risks. Active coordination with preservation consultants and early permitting strategy protected schedule on both fronts and the project delivered ahead of plan.
