Nine two- and three-bedroom luxury condominium residences designed by Granoff Architects, on a hillside with sweeping views of Long Island Sound, blocks from Greenwich Avenue. The project targeted a discerning owner-occupier buyer prioritizing quality of construction, views, and proximity to Greenwich Avenue.
As Managing Director at Belpointe, I drove the PM and field supervision team through full construction with Belpointe self-performing GC, delivering through Certificate of Occupancy and unit closings.

Delivered approximately two to three months ahead of schedule with no compromise to quality or budget, accelerating unit closings and cash flow to ownership.
